Driving Directions

Directions to Corporate Insights from the Merritt Parkway South:

Follow signs to 287 East (Rye) - Cross Westchester Expressway.
Get on 287 East to Exit 11 (Port Chester/Rye).
Make a right at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 1 South. Go through 2 lights (about 1/2 mile).
After the CVS, there is a small street - Smith Street. Make a right onto Smith, and then a right onto School Street. We are at 16 School Street (big brick building on the right hand side). Park in the lot across from our building. We are located on the lower level.

Take the Route 287 West exit, but you will not get on 287. Stay in right lane you must be careful here... follow the sign that says Port Chester/Rye (Midland Avenue). At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Midland Avenue.
Make a right onto Peck Street (less than 1/4 mile down Midland Ave.). Go to end.
Make a left onto U.S. 1.
After the CVS, there is a small street - Smith Street. Make a right onto Smith, and then a right onto School Street. We are at 16 School Street (big brick building on the right hand side). Park in the lot across from our building. We are located on the lower level.

Take the New York State Thurway - South.
Follow sign to the Tappan Zee Bridge.
Go over the bridge the follow signs to Route 287 East - Cross Westchester Expressway.
Take Route 287 East to Exit 11 (Port Chester - Rye)
Make a right at the end of the ramp - You will be on Route 1 South to Rye.
Go through 2 lights (about 1/2 mile).
After the second light (Purdy Street - CVS on far corner) continue straight on Route 1 - quickly get into the right lane and go very slowly.
Make first right onto Smith Street (sign is hard to read).
Make first right onto School Street.
#16 School Street will be on your right. Park in the Municipal Lot across the street
Our office is on the 1st floor (lower level) - Enter front of the school - take elevator down onefloor - make a right off the elevator to our office (or walk down the stairs!).

West Side Highway - North (also called Henry Hudson Parkway).
Go through Toll Plaza.
Continue on Saw Mill Parkway.
Take the Exit for Cross County Parkway - Hutchinson River Parkway.
Take Exit 26E Route 287 East - Rye)
You will be on a 3 lane access road - Stay in the middle lane until you reach the traffic light - after the light, get into the left lane for entrance onto Route 287 East.
Get on Route 287 East move over one lane to your left. Stay in that lane and get off at Exit 11 (Port Chester - Rye).
Make a right at the end of the ramp - You will be on Route 1 South to Rye.
Go through 2 lights (about 1/2 mile).
